Not sure if I'm slow or it is really the first time SingNet, a Singapore-based ISP is hit by Phishers.
Just like those Nigierian Scams, we should also NEVER EVER respond to such emails for no decent Service Providers will ask you to go to their site and provide information via email. They will do so via snail mail if need be. Read on for more tips...

How to react when you're being phished (not after you've been phished)?
The MOST BASIC action you can take is to IGNORE the phishing email. NEVER EVER believe in its content.
PS : Do not forget to delete the email too.
